📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the financial operations of our stores, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the retail and consumer products division.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices in the retail and consumer products industry.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, preferably in a retail or consumer products environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
