📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building assets.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage maintenance contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Work closely with facility managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of building systems and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building maintenance management, with a strong background in preventive maintenance.
• Proven track record of managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Certification in building maintenance management (e.g., CMMS, LEED, or other relevant certifications).
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other relevant software).
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed, including weekends and holidays.
