As a Civil Engineer at Calito Management Bali, you will be involved in a variety of tasks, including conducting site inspections, preparing and reviewing technical drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and reports for infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and staff as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance and management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
