📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist with check-in and check-out processes for customers.,Maintain accurate records of customer visits and transactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform general administrative tasks as needed.,Promote the store and its products to customers.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer applications and office software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to work in a hybrid environment.
