📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audits across various departments.
• Oversee the work of junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
• Identify and assess risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of financial controls and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with a focus on financial and compliance audits.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
