This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our restaurant operations with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and development.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
