📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the cash register and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Process insurance claims and handle patient payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.,Assist in the management of the clinic's inventory and supplies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in cash handling and customer service.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and cash handling procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Familiarity with insurance claims processing and healthcare billing systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
