📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present monthly sales reports to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
