In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, and assisting in the implementation of new technologies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and equipment.,Support the implementation of new technologies and software applications.,Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems.,Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.,Provide training and documentation for IT systems and processes.,Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Good understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
