Cafe Bimo Cafe & Coffee is looking for an Assistant Personalia Staff to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection process, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job titles, and employment history.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and documentation.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and assist in the hiring process.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, including labor laws and company handbook.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
