📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Support the HR Manager in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee records and maintaining compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the company's business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with recruitment and selection processes.
