Agung Fitri Shop is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Deputy Supply Chain Staff to join our team in Bontang, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Support the procurement team in sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Assist in managing warehouse operations and logistics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide support in the development of training programs for supply chain staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or related roles.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local business practices is a plus.
