📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain a consistent design language across all digital products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.,Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas.,Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.,Iterate and improve existing designs based on user feedback and analytics.,Ensure designs are optimized for performance and accessibility.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.,Mentor and support junior designers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.,2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role.,Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.,Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.,Knowledge of design principles and best practices.,Understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.,Experience with design systems and component libraries.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
