📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct process mapping and layout design using AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement process improvements and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve production issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with experience in process layout and design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
