📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operations activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of operations activities.,Support the operations team in the preparation and distribution of operational reports.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.,Assist in the implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Support the operations team in the resolution of operational issues and challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial reporting.,Knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
