Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.,Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.,Ensure that software applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable.,Mentor and train junior developers, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and apply them to our projects.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.,Work with QA teams to ensure that software applications are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards.,Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on web or mobile applications.,Proven track record of leading successful software development projects.,Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.,Experience with software development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.,Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.,Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
