As an Operating Room Nurse at Taman Harapan Baru Hospital, you will be at the forefront of patient care, working closely with our surgical team to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for providing direct patient care during surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care, as well as assisting with surgical instruments and equipment.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Providing direct patient care during surgical procedures, including pre-operative and post-operative care.
- Assisting with surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are sterilized and ready for use.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and responding to any changes in their condition.
- Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and efficient surgical process.
- Documenting patient information and procedures accurately in the hospital's electronic health records (EHR).
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
- Adhering to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and organized operating room, ensuring compliance with infection control standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operating Room Nurse or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
