📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and well-organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve overall business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
