📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure that orders are accurate and delivered promptly.,Ensure that the restaurant is stocked with the necessary supplies and that any issues are addressed in a timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
