    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and implementing data analytics strategies and initiatives.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and security regulations.
