📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, analysis, and strategic planning.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective business development strategies and initiatives.,Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of business development goals.,Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.,Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
