📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure that all resort projects meet legal, regulatory, and industry standards.,Oversee the compliance activities of project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations.,Conduct regular audits and inspections of resort projects to identify any compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.,Monitor and report on compliance metrics and trends to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that all resort projects are compliant with these changes.,Provide guidance and support to project teams on compliance-related matters, including training and workshops.,Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to ensure that all compliance activities are aligned with the company's risk management strategy.,Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that compliance requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project compliance, with a strong background in the hospitality or construction industry.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.,Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate project teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues proactively.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural and multilingual environment is a plus.
