Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals.,Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in our brand messaging.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Conduct regular social media audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage our social media advertising campaigns and optimize their performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.,Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
