After Sales Engineer - Automation

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI interfaces.
• Conduct system testing and commissioning to ensure that our solutions are working as expected.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
• Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industrial automation industry.
• Participate in product development and improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and support to our clients and internal teams as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation, with a focus on PLC programming and SCADA systems.
• Certification in industrial automation technologies, such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Automation, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols, such as Modbus, Profibus, and Ethernet/IP.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
