📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process customer transactions accurately using our POS system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
• Handle cash and card payments, and manage change efficiently.
• Assist with table service, including taking orders and delivering food and beverages.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and kitchen equipment.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and discreetly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and customer service software.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service or hospitality.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
