In this role, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, negotiating payment plans, and providing financial solutions to clients who are having difficulty paying their debts.

As a Field Collection Officer at Indodana, you will be working directly with clients to understand their financial situation and provide them with the best possible solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect payments from clients and ensure timely payment of debts
• Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve payment challenges
• Provide financial solutions and advice to clients to help them manage their finances
• Maintain accurate records of all collections and communications with clients
• Use CRM software to track client interactions and payment status
• Collaborate with the collections team to ensure efficient and effective debt recovery
• Attend client meetings and provide financial guidance as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in debt collection and financial services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or financial services
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with financial software such as QuickBooks or Xero is a plus
