📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Monitor and analyze risk exposure across the organization, identifying areas of concern and recommending appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including but not limited to PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices and controls.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and address emerging risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging threats to proactively manage risk.
• Provide leadership and guidance to risk operations teams, fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
• Report on key risk metrics and trends to senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record in developing and implementing risk strategies and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in risk management frameworks, tools, and technologies, such as ISO 31000, COSO, or other relevant standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop risk operations teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
