📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the data center, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency.
• Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Monitor and maintain data center performance metrics, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch services and support business objectives.
• Ensure data center security and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Investigate and resolve data center issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing uptime.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions to improve data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center management or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen.
• Familiarity with data center security best practices and compliance standards.
