📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all equipment and facilities, including kitchen appliances, bar equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement facility improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented and recorded for future reference.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of event spaces for special occasions.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure all equipment is ready for service.
• Participate in safety drills and emergency preparedness activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a food and beverage or hospitality setting.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment, including but not limited to, refrigeration units, POS systems, and kitchen appliances.
• Certification in basic electrical and plumbing repairs is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 kg.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
