🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent development or strategic HR.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs.
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
