📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all rooms and public areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
• Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams to address guest concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Implement and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures to maintain high standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of housekeeping strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing and training housekeeping teams.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and inventory systems.
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
