📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist members, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to membership, classes, and facility access.
• Provide information about our martial arts programs, fitness classes, and wellness services.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including class schedules and special events.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and feedback.
• Promote our facility and services to new and existing clients through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of martial arts and fitness is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
