As a Medical Claims Analyst (AR Follow-Up), you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving outstanding accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze and resolve medical claims denials and rejections to optimize revenue cycle management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to improve process efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and new technologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the revenue cycle management department.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle management role, with a focus on AR follow-up.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in medical claims processing software, such as Eclipsys, EHR systems, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Certification in healthcare revenue cycle management or a related field is a plus.
